One-on-one sessions are tailored to your personal goals and unique physical needs. Each session lasts fifty minutes to an hour and is taught by one of our highly experienced instructors. During these sessions you will have the opportunity to utilize all Pilates’ apparatuses (Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, and Barrels) in addition to incorporating Pilates mat work. For beginners, private sessions are the best way to become familiar with the terminology and movement of Pilates and begin your practice.


Sessions are offered to share with a person (s) who are at a complimentary level but requires some experience of the method and some independence.

A fun way to experience the foundation of "Contrology" in a group setting. Mat class is offered at different levels:

Beginner: First time Pilates, little experience with the method.

Intermediate: Some previous Mat class experience, moving into some advanced exercises

 Advanced: Currently doing Pilates, strong core, vigorous workout.

Saturday:  9:00- 10:00am
Open Advanced
(must have previous Pilates experience)
